Viewing Slideshows

Slideshows provide a rich multimedia experience by synchronising the displaying of slides with video/audio playback. The slides are created by importing image files or Microsoft® PowerPoint documents, and are set to display at times specified by the user who created the slideshow.

How to View a Slideshow

  • Navigate to the Planet eStream Homepage and Search for the recording that contains the Slideshow that you would like to view.
  • Select the title of the item to view the item.
  • Within the View Page, click on the Slideshows tab.
  • A list containing the available Slideshows will be displayed.
  • Select the thumbnail of any Slideshow to view the Slideshow.

How to Delete a Slideshow

  • Navigate to the Planet eStream Homepage and Search for the recording that contains the Slideshow that you would like to delete.
  • Select the title of the item to view the item.
  • Within the View Page, click on the Slideshows tab.
  • A list containing the available Slideshows will be displayed.
  • Select the dustbin icon adjacent to any Slideshow to delete the Slideshow.

How to Share a Slideshow

  • Navigate to the Planet eStream Homepage and Search for the recording that contains the Slideshow that you would like to share.
  • Select the title of the item to view the item.
  • Within the View Page, click on the Slideshows tab.
  • A list containing the available Slideshows will be displayed.

  • Click the Share icon adjacent to any Slideshow.

    If there is no Share icon present then you do not have permission to share Slideshows.

  • The Share options will appear.
