Publishing Policies are used to restrict the content available to users, based on a user's location. The default Publishing Policies are ContentLocal and ContentGlobal,
although these may not be present on all systems.
For the purposes of this example, ContentLocal would publish your uploaded file
and make it available to users within your organisation only (i.e. users on your
Local Area Network). ContentGlobal would make your upload available to all users,
whether on your Local Area Network or on the internet.

the Administration Console - see the Publishing
