Changing Your Password

Please note: Change Password is only an option for non-anonymous built-in users of the Planet eStream Website. If you were not prompted for a username and password when initially accessing the website, or if you are logging-in using a domain account then please contact your technical support personnel for instructions on how to change your Windows password.

Please Also Note: Your user account may or may not have the Can Change Password permission set.

How to Change your Password

  • Click the Tools icon at the top of the Planet eStream Homepage then click Change Password.

  • The change password dialogue will appear. Enter your old password, your new password, repeat your new password, and enter the security code. Click OK to finalise the changing of your password.

  • The change will take effect immediately, and you will be required to enter the new password the next time you log-in to the Planet eStream system.
